I tailor wildlife experiences, primarily in East Africa and India for first time safari goers, wildlife enthusiasts, professional photographers or anyone wanting more than the run-of-the-mill safari.

I have worked alongside local experts, indigenous communities and managed a safari camp. I have researched and written about human-wildlife conflict in India and I have recently put together a mammal guide for the animals found in several conservancies in Kenya.

I have spent a lot of time working with and talking to tourists, real wildlife enthusiasts, tour operators, guides and others connected with the safari industry and I have personal experience of the best and also the rest. I know what creates that ‘extra’ and what suits different tastes.

I’m passionate about reducing human-wildlife conflicts, supporting local communities, protecting vital habitats, and seeing nature at its best along the way. I’ve helped to establish community empowerment. One of the easiest ways for me to do all these things, is by helping you, the discerning wildlife tourist, to go on the safari of your dreams.
